There are three reports that are essential to ensuring that the right parts are on the shelves when they are needed.
  • Winding down: For terminating GM stores is there any logic for stocking parts?
    Question: We are a General Motors dealership that received one of the infamous “Dear John” letters telling us to wind down our operations and close up shop by October 2010. What are my options as the parts manager? Obviously RIM is off the table. What approach should I take to stocking parts for the next 14 months or so?
