Pace of Completion:
This regimen is designed to take place over a 12-month period… but can be completed more quickly if the Dealership and Candidate request.

Tuition & Fees:
The Certification Program will be broken into 4 Quarters, with each Quarter containing
3 Learning Segments.

Quarterly Fee: $495

Withdrawal & Refund Policy:
The Dealership can withdraw at any time, however once a Quarter has begun there will be no refunds. However, the Dealership is not obligated to start or pay for additional Quarters.

Required Learning Segments and Electives:
The Service Management Masters Certification Program has 12 Required Learning Segments… as detailed above.

DealersEdge also have the following Electives available on request. As with the Required Segments, this is Self-Study with the conference with the DealersEdge Mentor and Management Reporting. The Fee for each added Elective Topic is $200.
